Buffaload have a strong relationship with 158 Regiment The Royal Logistic Corps and we are share Thomas Jackson, our HSQE Advisor with them. HSQE is a Compliance role at Buffaload and we rely on Thomas for Safe Systems of Work and other regulations that keep us safe at work, but he is also a Reservist with 158 Regiment, where he has the rank of Corporal.

Thomas said, “Being a Reservist allows for exciting and different challenges compared to civilian employment. There is also the advantage of transfer of skills and attributes both ways. A company like Buffaload is always willing to give additional leave where required for training, deployment and mobilisation.”
